Are the extracts from uittrekselsonline.nl official?

Yes, the extracts we provide are 100% official and come from the Chamber of Commerce. They are legally valid and can be used for all business and official purposes that require a KVK extract.

How quickly will I receive my extract?

After receiving your payment, the extract is immediately requested and sent to you by email within 1 minute. For paper extracts by mail, the delivery time is 1-2 working days within the Netherlands.

How much does an extract cost?

The prices of our various extracts are listed on the product selection page during the ordering process. All prices include VAT and administration costs.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I get an invoice for my order?

How long is a KVK extract valid?

A KVK extract is a snapshot and shows the situation as it is registered in the Trade Register on the date of issue. There is no official validity period, but many institutions use a period of 3 to 6 months as a guideline.

Can I cancel my order and get my money back?

Once your payment is received, the extract is immediately requested from the KVK and the data is purchased. Due to the immediate digital delivery, it is not possible to cancel an order or receive a refund. This is in accordance with the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal for digital products.

What should I do if I haven't received my extract?

If you haven't received your extract within the expected time, first check your spam or junk mail folder. If you can't find it there either, you can contact us through the contact form, mentioning your order number and KVK number. We will then resend the extract to you.

Are you an official part of the KVK?

No, uittrekselsonline.nl is not part of the Chamber of Commerce and we do not act on behalf of the KVK. We are an independent intermediary that facilitates the application for KVK extracts. There is no commercial relationship between uittrekselsonline.nl and the KVK.
